One of the best free meditation apps out there! Thousands of guided meditations exercises on any subject you can think of! Also includes options to create playlists and follow favorite teachers. Some paid options for longer courses (10 days of meditation, etc)

Calm

Excellent app for audio meditations and easy to use stress relief/movement videos. Does require paid membership to use.

Luminosity Mind

A great app for beginning meditators. Walks you through step by step with great short (under 1 min) and guided talks.

Palouse Mindfulness

MBSR is an evidenced-based mindfulness model developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn along with other researchers at The Univeristy of Massachusetts. If you’re looking for a mindfulness training to help reduce stress, this is the best place to start.
